I had a swollen cheek and I needed medical advice. I had to wait 2 hours in a crowded room with no windows, with children running around and screaming, shirtless.

I accompanied my daughter and saw a Dr Malcolm Dickson in the maternity part (not sure what it's called), she had her 20 week scan and was called back because I'd had a blood clot. We saw this Consultant and I was totally blown away by his friendliness and how much he put my daughter at ease. What a good experience it was. If only more consultants were like this.
